Wedding and transfer pricing
Wedding packages and the Barcelona–Costa Brava transfer sit outside the standard daily-rate table and are quoted individually, since they depend on ceremony timing, the number of pick-up points and whether a chauffeur is required. Every figure we send, for a single day's hire or a multi-day wedding arrangement, is quoted in euros, with no conversion fee or card surcharge added later.
The bands shown here are indicative rather than fixed list prices, because the grand tourers and classic convertibles in this rental are sourced to order rather than held on a numbered forecourt. The exact model — an Aston Martin, a Bentley Continental GT or a particular convertible for a ceremony — is confirmed once the booking is set, and the rate is fixed at that point.
Pricing questions
What determines the daily rental price?
Daily rates run from €450 to €4,500 and are set by the model reserved, the season and the length of hire. A single day on a Porsche 911 is priced differently from a three-day booking on a Bentley Continental GT over a wedding weekend. The final figure is confirmed once the car and dates are set, not quoted as a flat rate across the fleet.
Are wedding packages priced differently from standard hire?
Yes. Wedding hire often combines a classic convertible or grand tourer with chauffeur service and multiple pick-up points at Costa Brava venues, so it is quoted as a package rather than a single day rate. Send the ceremony date, venue and guest timings through the enquiry form and we return a fixed package price.
How much does the Barcelona to Costa Brava transfer cost?
The Barcelona–Costa Brava transfer is priced on request, based on the vehicle chosen, the pick-up point in Barcelona and the drop-off location along the coast. It sits outside the standard daily-rate table because it is a one-way or return job rather than a multi-day hire.
Are all prices quoted in euros?
Yes, every quote — daily hire, wedding package or transfer — is issued in euros. No currency conversion or card-processing surcharge is added after the figure is confirmed.
Is a deposit charged in addition to the daily rate?
Yes. The deposit sits outside the daily rate and is held against the specific car for the length of the booking, released afterward once the vehicle is checked over. It is quoted alongside the daily rate once the model is confirmed.
How far ahead should I book to secure a rate?
We recommend at least seven days' notice to lock in both the model and its rate, since the fleet is sourced to order rather than held on a forecourt. Quotes given further in advance may need reconfirming closer to the date if availability shifts.
